Privacy Policy

Who controls your data
QueOut, Business address configured at deployment. Privacy contact: support@example.com.
What QueOut processes
Account details you provide; your optional preferences and liked places; Q and group-planning activity; support requests; subscription status; and technical/security records. Precise location is not required for an account. Optional analytics is stored only after you choose to allow it.
Why we process it
We use necessary data to provide and secure the service, remember your current Q, personalize recommendations you request, provide support, prevent abuse, administer subscriptions, and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics is used to improve the product only after consent.
Sharing
We use infrastructure and service providers needed to operate QueOut, such as hosting, email, mapping/place data and payment providers when configured. We do not sell personal data. Sponsored experiences are clearly labelled and do not receive your private account data merely because they are promoted.
Retention and your rights
Account information is kept while your account is active and for legally required periods afterward. You can request an export or delete your account from QueOut. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, object, port or complain to a supervisory authority.
Young users
QueOut is designed without targeted advertising and does not intentionally recommend adult-only venues. Where local law requires consent from a parent or guardian for a young person to use an online service, that requirement still applies.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by a new policy version and, where required, a notice or renewed consent.
