The service

QueOut provides leisure planning, discovery, group decision tools, directions, saved places and related digital services. QueOut recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees that a venue is open, suitable or available when you arrive.

Your responsibility

Check venue rules, booking conditions, accessibility, age requirements and safety information before participating. Follow local laws and instructions from venue staff. Where supervision or guardian permission is required, use the service only with that permission.

Third-party venues and bookings

Some links take you to independent venues or booking partners. Their terms, prices, cancellation policies and service delivery are their responsibility. QueOut may receive a referral commission. Sponsored matches are labelled and must still pass QueOut's relevance rules.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect your password, and do not misuse the service, scrape it abusively, interfere with security, impersonate others or upload unlawful material. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or fraud.

Paid services

If QueOut+ is enabled, the price and billing period are shown before purchase. App-store purchases are also governed by the applicable store terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep information current, but live conditions can change. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. For support contact support@example.com.
